C-TEC BT1 290ml Ultimate Bathroom Sealant & Adhesive - White
The C-TEC BT1 Ultimate Bathroom Sealant & Adhesive – white is a high-performance sanitary sealant formulated with advanced TRIBRID® Technology for superior hygiene and durability. Independently tested under MOD IOS 22196:2011, it reduces bacteria by up to 99.99%, making it ideal for bathrooms, hospitals and clinical environments. This solvent and isocyanate-free sealant offers excellent elasticity with 300% elongation, preventing shrinkage, cracking or mould growth over time. BT1 bonds effectively to wood, metal, brickwork, concrete, glass, ceramics and uPVC, even in wet conditions. EC1 Plus Certified and ETAG approved for bonding shower panels without mechanical fixings, it delivers long-lasting, low-emission performance.

Bacteria Resistance: Tested under MOD IOS 22196:2011, BT1 has proven to reduce bacteria by up to 99.99% and effective against a broad spectrum of microbes including MRSA, E. coli and Campylobacter.
Cure Time: Reaches full cure in 24–72 hours depending on the application thickness.
