Delivery Information
1. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Charges
- Orders with a total value of £100.00 or more (excluding VAT) will qualify for free delivery.
- Orders below £100.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £4.99 (excluding VAT).
3. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery is typically 1 working days for most mainland UK addresses.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and external factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Method
- All orders are dispatched using reliable national courier services, with tracking information provided where available.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are entered accurately at the time of order.
7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
- In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with further instructions or attempt redelivery the following working day.
- If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Nexus Wholesale. A redelivery charge may apply in such cases.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address during standard delivery hours.
8. Additional Delivery Charges
- Additional delivery charges may be applied by our couriers for delivery to Offshore Postcodes, including but not limited to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and The Isle of Wight.
- Shipping to these locations may also be subject to further restrictions based on the size and weight of the order. In some cases, such orders may be cancelled if delivery is not feasible.
- Affected postcodes include (but are not limited to):
BT, HS1–9, IM1–9, IM99, IV1–56, KA27–28, KW1–17, GY, PA20–49, PA60–61, PA62–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE1–3, TR21–25
- If your order is subject to additional delivery charges, you will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm acceptance of the revised shipping cost.
